Our client confidentiality with relation to the sale of their respective businesses is of paramount importance. Below are our terms of engagement for all prospective acquirer’s.


1. You will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any information on our listed businesses.


2. If you contact us to enquire on a business and you are vague in your identity, we will terminate communication.

 

3. We will not deal with secondary sources. If you are calling on behalf of an investor and you fail to provide the investor's details, we will not provide you with any information. The investor will also be required to complete a Non Disclosure Agreement.

4. Prior to receiving any information on our clients' business, you will be required to show that you have the financial capacity to acquire with evidence supplied by a CPA, your lender or your company prospectus. This information will be made available to our client.


5. All offers on our clients businesses are to be in the form of a written offer with a deposit.
